Executive Management Team

Mike Davis, COO, Charter Accountant with over 30 years of experience. He also has played key role in a number of biotechnology start ups, growth of the companies from discovery to clinical stage, mergers and acquisitions.

He is deep knowledge of manufacturing and clinical development. Mike has been instrumental in recruiting heads of various areas including marketing and sales.

Valery Krasnoperov, PhD. Director of Research and Development at Vasgene Therapeutics Inc. A professional in a broad range of biochemistry fields such as Proteomics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and related disciplines and technologies. He has played key role in development of sEphB4-HSA program, upstream and downstream process for drug manufacturing.
